Each of our accommodations is unique and as a result they may vary in character, size and in the number of guests that can be accommodated. It is your responsibility to verify the details of the accommodation when you request a reservation to ensure that it meets your requirements.

REMARKS:
The balance of your accommodation costs is due at the time of arrival.
SELF CHECK-IN: after 4.00 pm and check out is from 7.30am till 10.30 am (although different times may be available depending on circumstances – please enquirer).
Reservations: 50% with reservation 50% with check-in.

We reserve the right to consider any early departures as late cancellations.

CANCELLATION:
30 days before arrival the amount which was requested at the moment of the booking for the final confirmation will be transformed into a voucher. From 30 days up to no show, the deposit is non-refundable.

RULES OF THE HOUSE:
Dear Guest, the rules to be observed in our apartments are dictated by common sense and mutual respect. These rules may be perhaps excessive, but we want to consider them as useful tips to ensure a peaceful, quiet and without surprises. This regulation is intended to create harmony between the tenant and the owner of the house. We all care that our house will be treated well with respect and everyone is pleased to find a cozy, comfortable and clean house, equipped with all the working services, that meets your expectations.

GENERAL TERMS:

The tenants are expected to respect the apartment rules and neighborhood, there are no time limits for the evening return, respecting the neighbors and the silence in the common parts of the building and apartments.
We ask to leave the property in a reasonable state of tidiness as you found it, in certain circumstances when there is special cleaning required, we will charge 45 Euros.
The Eco-apartments are strictly non-smoking. This policy includes all apartments. In the event you or any member of your party smoke inside in the apartments,we reserve the right to charge you 50€ for specialist cleaning.
All the apartments include: towels, bed linen, gas ,water, electricity, WiFi outside of the apartment, free parking.
Pets are welcome. Special rates apply. Please inquire for more details.
In the accommodation can live the number of people indicated on the booking agreement, only.
PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANYTHING IN THE WC THIS INCLUDES TOILET PAPER ETC …
Please use the organic dish soap that we made available at the sink in the glass container, we are happy also if you bring organic shampoo etc.
THE APARTMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO REALIZE PARTY ETC…
The management also offers, on request, an additional laundry service euro 5,00 for each washing.
We work together with the local surf school to provide surf equipment and surf lessons.
We also ask you to inform us of any defects or problems that may arise during your stay: we will try to solve it as quickly as possible.
The water is from our well and is checked periodically so you can drink.
The management reserves the right to ask its guests for compensation for any damage and loss caused to the property in a malicious and / or culpable manner.
Before your departure, in order to facilitate the arrival of the next renters, we kindly invite you to:
1. Empty and throw the garbage in the appropriate bins near Carrapateira village, direction Bordeira beach.
  The leftover of the food you can put in the common area in a bucket in front of the apartments, we will give to our chickens.
2. Leave all the dishes clean.
3. Leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor and clean towels folded.
4. Leave the key at the external lock of the door of your apartment.

With the booking you accept this regulation tacitly.
